New York Film Festival news...
Clint Eastwood’s ‘Here After’ will close this years New York Film Festival.
Having just seen this trailer I knew I had to share it.
Directed by Clint Eastwood, who is undeniably a brilliant film maker with some incredibly powerful films under his belt, comes ‘Hereafter’ a movie with the tagline “3 people who are haunted by mortality in different ways.”
A promising cast and what appears to be a desperately tragic story. I have to say having seen the sensitive subject matters I would be concerned if it wasn’t for the fact that this was Eastwood. As he has proven in past movies he has directed he can deal, and very well, with sensitive and tragic stories.
Whilst some may write it off due to the ‘psychic’ element of the story line I really think it looks like it is something pretty different, and very powerful.
