Jeff, Who Lives At Home - Trailer

I’ve been dying to see the trailer for this film since I saw the cast list of Ed Helms, Jason Segel, Susan Sarandon and Judy Greer. Not too bad - fingers crossed it will be as good as the trailer makes it look.

The film is about Segel’s character (Jeff) who’s life is going nowhere, that is until he spends the day with his brother (Ed Helms) tracking his wife (Judy Greer) who they suspect is cheating on him. It seems to be all about destiny, life changing moments and family issues, peppered with some good humour and emotional scenes no doubt. Any thoughts on this one?

Trailer: The Raven

John Cusack stars in this gritty thriller that portrays the fictional days of poet Edgar Allen Poe as he embarks on a hunt for a serial killer.

Paired with a young Baltimore detective (Luke Evans, Immortals) the pair begin their investigation to track down the brutal killer that is using Poes words as a basis for a string of brutal murders.

Directed by James McTeiguethis promises to be as dark and as intriguing as his previous cinematic outings (V for Vendetta

Trailer: Marley

Directed by Academy Award® and BAFTA® winning filmmaker Kevin Macdonald, (Touching the Void) this movie is the story of Bob Marley’s life and helps spread both his music and his messages of love and redemption.

The movie will be released worldwide throughout the summer to coincide with the 50th anniversary year of Jamaican Independence.

Contraband: Trailer

Let me start by saying this is never going to win any Oscars, but without a doubt this looks like its gonna be really great.

Sadly though Universal editied the original UK trailer differently from the US one and in all honesty it doesn’t look as good as the American version which is much faster paced and dramatic.

They’ve changed it to have a ‘man trying to save his family’ angle, not sure why studios are constantly feeling the need to change things for the UK audience but, they have again.

Still this movie has a great tag line of ‘STEAL YOUR LIFE BACK’ and looks like it’ll be an entertaining film!

Trailer: Hunky Dory

Above is the trailer for Hunky Dory, released on Friday 2nd March. The film stars Minnie Driver and Marc Evans.

The film is set in Swansea, 1976 during the hottest summer on record, where rehearsals are taking place for a high-school Rock ‘n’ Roll version of Shakespeare’s The Tempest that David Bowie would be proud of.

Check it out!
